The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was super friendly! Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a lovely view of the pool. The outdoor bar and grill served refreshing drinks, and the kids loved the fun atmosphere around the pool!

The room was clean and spacious, although the view of the parking lot wasn’t ideal. The pool was too cold for comfort; a heater would make a world of difference. While the facility was well-maintained, it felt dated in some areas, especially with a dusty carpet and dim lighting. Great location near attractions, but some improvements could elevate the experience.

This hotel is a fantastic spot for anyone wanting to soak in the wonders of Orlando, being just a short drive away from major theme parks like SeaWorld and Aquatica, and only a quick trip of less than 3 km from the excitement at Manta and Kraken rides, making it super easy to dash out for a day of fun, plus the staff were incredibly welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean, enhancing the experience. the sofa bed could definitely be more comfortable.

Despite multiple requests, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The front desk staff's indifference only added to the disappointment. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Super disappointing!

The location was convenient for visiting SeaWorld, which was a plus. We also appreciated the large parking lot and the availability of free Wi-Fi in the rooms. we did encounter some issues during our stay. The pullout couch in our room was old and uncomfortable, and the mattress on the bed was worn. The breakfast options were disappointing, with watery oatmeal and scrambled eggs that were not appetizing. the facility seemed overcrowded, making it difficult to find a seat during breakfast time. One major inconvenience was the broken elevators and the long walk from our room to the lobby. The lack of housekeeping visits despite multiple requests was frustrating, and the cleanliness of the hallways left much to be desired. the staff at the poolside bar was friendly and made delicious Mojitos. And the entertainment at the pool on our arrival day was enjoyable. It was also nice to have a spacious sitting area in the room and free toiletries provided.

During Christmas, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent variety to choose from. The location being just 12 miles from Camping World Stadium made it convenient for us to attend a concert.
The parking fee of $17 per night was not disclosed upfront, which was a bit of a surprise and should have been included in the total cost. The lack of Coke products, including in the snack store, was disappointing as most hotels offer a variety.

My friends and I had a blast staying at a super cool spot near SeaWorld and Aquatica! The staff was rad, the rooms were chill, and the breakfast tacos were bomb! It was so epic being just 5 minutes from all the thrill rides - total dream vacay!

residence inn was a fantastic choice for our family vacation. the spacious, clean rooms with separate kitchen and living areas were perfect for us. the pool area was a hit with our kids, and the complimentary pool towels were a convenient touch. the all-day coffee and juices in the lobby were a nice perk, and we appreciated the helpful and courteous staff.

I chose Residence Inn to be close to Aquatica, and the free shuttle service to nearby attractions was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary hot/cold buffet breakfast and outdoor features like the sports court and barbecue grills were also great amenities.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of friends. We loved having the kitchen and full-size refrigerator to cook and store our food. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the strong coffee was a pleasant surprise. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a day at the park. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
Having to pay for parking. It would have been nice to have complimentary or discounted parking for guests.

Room was clean and comfy when we got there. Location was great near the park, had a gym, pool view, and a shuttle service, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety to choose from, and the dining room was modern and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful every day, making our stay pleasant and easy.
We had a little trouble with bus transportation info and the quality of the food wasn't the best, especially the scrambled eggs. Also, the pool closing at 10 pm felt a bit early on a Saturday.

the residence inn was super clean and the location was perfect for visitin' the parks – less than 5mins away from seaworld and aquatica. plus, they sell tickets in the lobby. the staff were amazin' and really went out of their way to help – they even got my tickets printed when i realized i'd lost 'em.
